- Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to his/her BeAwara.com wallet or Discount coupons will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
- To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on email@example.com with your Order ID mentioned.
- Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in your KIPA account to place the order for the new product.
- For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
- Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded and credited to your account.
- In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purposes. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
